Job description

Are you energetic and customer-focused? Are you excited to help those in need and mission-focused? Then we are looking for you! We are immediately hiring Assistant Managers for our Indianola Avenue (Clintonville) store. The Assistant Manager functions as a working supervisor to assist the store manager in supervising staff, stocking the store, selling merchandise, and assisting customers.

We are offering $17.00/hr. to $19.00/hr. – (based on experience) and a generous benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a 403b with company match – for full-time and part-time employees who qualify.

*Applicants are welcomed to walk in and apply in person during store hours. We will host on-the-spot interviews on Tuesday and Thursday between 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.   

Education requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience requirements

• 1 year of food service or retail experience.

• 1 or more year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

Operating a cash register and retail experience is required – including 1 year of supervisory experience.

Work hours

Store hours: Monday thru Saturday 8am - 8pm / Sunday 11am - 6pm

• Note: Applicants must be flexible and willing to assist other stores in the Columbus market when necessary.
