Job Description:

As an organization stretching across Ohio and Indiana, we have over 1000 committed and compassionate employees working in multiple impact areas. The E-commerce Associate is responsible for fulfillment of all online items and is the customer service representative for all online/e-commerce transactions. This position is an end-to-end point of contact for customer service, sales fulfillment, and inventory management of all VOAOHIN e-commerce business.

Education Requirement: 

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent with one year experience in a related field.

Experience requirement: 

Proven customer service skills, task-oriented, and essential computer skills including internet research capabilities.

Qualifications: 

·        Must have good written and verbal communication skills.

·        A valid driver’s license.

·        Computer experience is helpful.

Shift hours: 

1st shift – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
